Help, I need a Doctor

Dallas, Texas has a hospital. Dallas has many medical professionals operating in a variety of specialties. Fundamental healthcare begins with an individual or family?s access to a general physician, call it a family doctor or for children, a Pediatrician and for women a Gynecologist. Certainly, for people like me, a good therapist; better yet, a Psychiatrist! But why is it that someone in Dallas, Texas cannot locate a physician that will take new patients?
